Sharing a fun exercise to add to your repertoire (interm & adv level). Body prone, legs & back straight. Submerge kickboard by pushing it straight out from chest with both arms (inter) or 1 arm (adv). Balance & hold 15 seconds - keep body still as possible with contracted abs & glutes, shoulders down, focus on breathing. (*optional progression: while in hold position, add kickboard press down pulses to increase tricep & balance challenge).
