Tuck Shoots from Татьяна (Russian Aqua Instructor)
“Line 2 and 3 is a side to side exercise: push your both legs to the right, pull in (to chair position) and than push both legs to the left. You can make it harder if you keep you legs straight. First line is an other excercise: stretch front and back (mind the natural curves in the spine)”
